Yooray respects your privacy and we protect your personal information. If we make any changes to the Privacy Policy, we will inform you ahead of time through the Yooray Site.

Like most websites, Yooray site may use cookies and other non-personal bits of data we receive from your browser and server. 

Anyone can use Yooray without an account, so you do not need to provide any personal information to use Yooray. If you choose to get more features and create a Yooray account, we'll need to store the personal information that you give us, such as your name and e-mail address.

If you want to join in Yooray's social media features, we may ask you to provide account information to access your e-mail and/or social networks. Yooray may store this information, but it will only be used when you request access to these features.

We will not share your personal information with anyone, and it is our priority to make sure that the personal information provided by you is stored safely and securely.

If you no longer want to use Yooray and want to delete your account, you can always opt out and Yooray will delete all of your Personal Information.

Privacy Policy for Yooray Dynamic Search Interface and Services

At Yooray, we respect and value our customers ("user","users") and we will safeguard the privacy of those who use our products and services (“Yooray”, “We”, or “us”,). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to clarify how Yooray collects and uses information about users of the Yooray Dynamic Search Interface and associated Services. By using the Yooray Dynamic Search Interface and Services, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you cannot agree with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Yooray Dynamic Search Interface and Services. 

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be subject to change in future. If this is the case, the new Privacy Policy and all of the changes will be presented on the Privacy Policy page of the Yooray website located at www.yooray.com (“Site”). The date at the top of the Privacy Policy page indicates the last change to the contents of the Privacy Policy. If Yooray makes any changes in the way we use our customers' Personal Information, this will be made known to our customers, who will be notified by means of a prominently posted notice of the changed Privacy Policy on our Site. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of notice or thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of notice of the changes on our Site. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of our Yooray Dynamic Search Interface and Services. In any event, changes to this Privacy Policy may affect our use of Personal Information that the user provided us prior to our notification of the changes. If the user does not wish to permit changes in Yooray's use of their Personal Information, Yooray must be notified prior to the effective date of the changes that the user wishes to deactivate their Account with Yooray. Continued use of the Yooray Browser or Yooray Services, following notice of such changes shall indicate user's acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.

A Note to Users Outside of the United States 

The user's Personal Information may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, where laws regarding processing of Personal Information may be different and possibly less strict than the laws in the user's country.

Types of Information

“Personal Information” is information that users provide to Yooray that personally identifies them, such as their name or email address. Yooray does not collect or require users of the Yooray Dynamic Search Interface and Services to provide Personal Information, with exceptions described below.

“Non-Personal Information” is information that cannot be directly associated with a specific person or entity. Non-Personal Information includes but is not limited to the user's computer’s configuration and the version of Yooray Dynamic Search Interface that is used. Yooray collects Non-Personal Information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available.

“Potentially Personal Information” is information that is Non-Personal Information in and of itself, but that could be used in conjunction with other information to personally identify the user. For example, Uniform Resource Locators (“URLs”) (the addresses of web pages) or Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses (the addresses of computers on the Internet), which are Non-Personal Information in and of themselves, could be Personal Information when combined with Internet Service Provider (“ISP”) records.

“Aggregate Data” is information that is recorded about grouped users so that it no longer reflects or references an individually identifiable user.

Information Yooray collects when customers use Yooray Dynamic Search Interface and Services

No Personal Information needs to be provided in order to use Yooray Dynamic Search Interface. When Yooray Dynamic Search Interface and Services are used without a user account, Yooray receives only standard Non-Personal Information, such as the browser type, language preference, and the date and time of each visitor request. Yooray’s purpose for collecting Non-Personal Information is to better understand how Yooray’s visitors use its Yooray Dynamic Search Interface. From time to time, Yooray may release Non-Personal Information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

If users opt for a personal Yooray account, they are requested to provide Personal Information, including (but not limited to) i) user's name and ii) valid e-mail address. To gain access to all of Yooray Dynamic Search Interface and Service's social network features, the user may be asked to provide username and password of their account with social network websites. This Personal Information may be stored by Yooray, but only to be used upon the user's request to access Yooray Dynamic Search Interface and Service's social network features. 

Other Information Yooray collects

Yooray may use cookies on its Site. Cookies do not include individual’s names, email addresses, or other information that is personally identifiable; they are typically used to quickly identify a user's computer and to "remember" things about the user's visit.

(a)      Information Users Provide to Yooray

-      We may collect Personal Information from users, such as first and last name, gender, and e-mail addresses when users access certain services offered via our product. 

-      We may collect Personal Information from users, such as first and last name and e-mail address upon subscription to our Yooray Newsletter.

-      If users provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, we will collect their name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the e-mail, in order to send a reply. 

-      When users participate in one of our surveys, we may collect additional information. 

-      We also collect other types of Personal Information that users provide to us voluntarily, such as their operating system and version, product registration number, and other requested information if users contact us via e-mail regarding support. 

(b)      Information Collected via Technology

-      Our servers (which may be hosted by a third party service provider) may collect information from users, including browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, domain name, and/or a date/time stamp for the user's visit. 

-      Yooray also uses cookies and URL information to gather information regarding the date and time of the user’s visit and the information searched for and viewed. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once the web browser is closed) and persistent Cookies (which stay on the computer until deleted) to provide users with a better experience on our Site. 

-      By accessing and using Yooray, users grant permission to Yooray to temporarily store any Personal Information, Non-Personal Information and Potentially Personal Information that is necessary for the functionality of the application.

(c)      Information Collected from Third Party companies

-         We may receive Personal and/or Non-Personal Information from companies that provide our Yooray Dynamic Search Interface Services by way of a co-branded or private-labeled website or companies that offer their products and/or services on our Site. These third party companies may supply us with Personal Information. We may add this information to the information provided by users via our Site in order to improve Services we provide.

-      By using Yooray Dynamic Search Interface and Services in combination with third-party sources (such as social networks), the user gives Yooray permission to use and store Information provided by this third-party source. This Information may be Non-Personal, Potentially Personal Information and Personal Information. We may add this information to Information already collected via Yooray or the Yooray Newsletter. None of this Information will be shared by Yooray with any third party, unless this Information provided by the third party has not been marked as private by the third party. If Yooray distributes Information provided by a third-party source, Yooray may indicate the source of such Information. Yooray will not be liable for distribution of such Information as not marked private by the third party. If the user objects to such distribution of Information, the user is requested to refer to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the third-party provider of Information.

Use of Information Received

By using Yooray Dynamic Search Interface and Services, the user agrees that Yooray interpret data by means of algorhythms on the basis of Information provided by the user.

General Use  
In general, Personal Information submitted is used i) to allow operation of part of Yooray's features, as permitted by the user when providing Personal Information for this purpose, ii) to respond to user requests, or iii) to aid in serving users better. We use Personal Information in the following ways: 

-      to identify the user as a user in our system;

-   to provide user-requested interaction between social networks and Yooray Dynamic Search Interface and Services

-      to provide improved administration of our Yooray Dynamic Search Interface and Services;

-      to improve the quality of user experience upon interaction with our Yooray Dynamic Search Interface and Services;

-      for statistical analyses of our users’ behavior;

-      for product development and content improvement; and

-      to send newsletters via the Site (www.yooray.com), surveys, offers, and other promotional materials related to the Yooray Dynamic Search Interface and Services and for other marketing purposes of Yooray. 

Creation of Anonymous Data

We may create Anonymous Data records from non-registered users. This Anonymous Data is used to analyze request and usage patterns so that Yooray may enhance the content of its Services and improve Site navigation. 

Disclosure of Information Received

It is Yooray's policy not to sell or rent users' Personal Information with other companies. However, we may disclose users’ Personal Information as described below and as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.    

When the user performs a search using Yooray, Yooray sends the query to any and all non-affiliated third parties which have been preset for this purpose by the user, using the indicated menu. If the query contains or constists of Personal Information or Potentially Personal Information, Yooray cannot be held accountable for any use made of such Information once it is sent to such third parties by the user.      

-      Third-Party Service Providers. In the event that Third-Party Service Providers request Personal Information, such Information will not be disclosed by Yooray unless explicit permission to do so has first been provided by the user.

-      Acquisitions. If another company acquires our company, business, or our assets, including an acquisition pursuant to a bankruptcy or other reorganization, that company will possess the Personal Information collected by us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy and in the Privacy Policy of the Yooray Site.

-      Other Disclosures.  Regardless of any choices users make regarding their Personal Information (as described below), Yooray may disclose Personal Information if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary (a) in connection with any legal investigation; (b) to comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on Yooray; (c) to protect or defend the rights or property of Yooray or users of the Services; and/or (d) to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy, or Terms of Use.

Security of Information Received      

Yooray is committed to protecting the security of users' Personal Information. We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect all Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Yooray has strict restrictions on access to user data. Only a limited number of Yooray employees have access. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while Yooray makes all reasonable efforts to protect users’ Personal Information, Yooray cannot guarantee its absolute security.


Users can request Yooray at any time to delete the Information collected by Yooray about the user. Under no circumstances is Yooray liable for Information about the user stored by any third parties.
